The Dreaming Cells science art exhibit, created by Endosymbiont’s CEO Dr. Radhika Patnala, is on display in BioLabs Heidelberg from April to September. To mark the occasion, the renowed magazine “The Scientist” featured the exhibit and highlighted Radhika’s journey as a “neuroscientist-turned science illustrator”.
The article delves into Radhika’s passion for art and design, which began early in her childhood but only truly blossomed after graduation. Years later, this passion culminated in several works of art, some of which are now on display in the Dreaming Cells exhibit.
This exhibit invites people to view the cellular world as dynamic landscapes filled with movement, play, biology, and wonder. Drawing on her background in neuroscience and scientific illustration, Dr. Radhika Patnala blends scientific knowledge with artistic intuition, offering a personal interpretation of the living world around us.
